¹  ZYGO Corporation performed surface roughness tests using a NewView 6000 on BMV components.

Component # 1 received a standard BMV  pitch polish. Measured surface roghness was 6.343Å.  

Component # 2 received a standard BMV pad polish. Measured surface roughness was 5.284 Å.
